You do not need to do anything to prep your home for cleaning. However, the more tidied the space is the, the more thorough of a cleaning we can do.

We provide all supplies and equipment necessary to do the job. However, if you have a product or piece of equipment that you prefer to be used, please make arrangements with our office ahead of time.

Yes we are licensed, bonded and insured.

Our fees are based on the job, rather than per hour. Please Contact Us (link to Contact Us page) to receive a quote for your specific cleaning needs.
We ask you, our client, what you would like to have done. You will assist us in creating a customized job list for your home so you are only paying for what you want done.

Other Questions

We do our best to send the same cleaner or team each time. However, we try to keep 2 teams trained on your home at all times. This is done so in the event a team member is out sick or on vacation there is a fully trained back up.

You can provide our office with a key to your home, you can hide a key onsite the day of cleaning, provide a garage code or have someone home to let us in. If you provide us with a key we keep them in our secured office and label them by number rather than

In the unfortunate event something is broken or damaged by one of our team members during your cleaning they will notify you immediately if you are home, or will leave a note if you are not. Our office will follow up with you to replace the item or repair the damage.
